The Great House

The Great House is a stunning modern space with the perfect mix of rustic elements to remind you that you’re in the County.

A perfect space for families, the Great House is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, or if you’ve got a vehicle, just a minute’s drive down a winding gravel road. Relax with your friends and family on the iconic cloud couch, or settle in the coffee nook (it’s got leather seating!) with your favourite book or device and take in the gorgeous lake view.

WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED

At the Great House, creating your perfect dining experience will be a breeze. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, brand new cookware, dinnerware, and glasses. With a dedicated ice maker, wine fridge, mini-fridge, and coffee station, you can put together a perfect drink in no time.

The dining room boasts a harvest table that comfortably seats 14 people. You can eat overlooking the peaceful lake and forest views—just take your meals al-fresco on the deck spanning the entire length of the house!

There’s wifi throughout the house so you can work remotely, surf the web, or stream your favourite shows. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and rack to air dry your clothes.

THE HEIGHT OF COMFORT

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a large stand-up shower. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the woods and lake during the day, the glimmering expanse of stars at night, and witness the gorgeous sunrise. You can access the back deck and Juliet balcony through the french doors.

Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed with three windows, a closet, and plenty of storage space. The lovely decor makes this one of the coziest rooms in the house.

Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed with two windows, a dresser, and a closet. This room is designed to enhance the light and airy decor for a fresh and playful feeling.

The loft is accessible by ship stairs and overlooks the great room. It comes with a queen-sized bed and a trundle bed, accommodating four spots for extra sleepers. There is also a small workspace for a child.

The main bathroom is off the great room and has a shower/tub, wide vanity with quartz countertop, toilet, and plenty of hooks for everyone to hang their own towel.
