Congratulations on your engagement! Thanks for your interest in Two Sisters Beach. There are a few things to note while considering renting our property for your event:

  • You will need to obtain a special occasions permit, here is the link
  • The event fee is priced according to the number of guests you will have in attendance (see following page)
  • For wedding rentals there is a 4-night minimum stay (7-night minimum in the summer)
  • Only 12 adults can stay overnight at a time, as per our STA (short-term accommodation) license
  • Catering tents and rentals must be arranged by the renters
  • We allow a maximum of 20 vehicles on the property at a time, including catering trucks. Most opt to arrange a shuttle for their guests to get to the property
  • Renters must arrange for their own portable washrooms
  • On the day of your event, our Property Manager will be there to provide access to the grounds.
